Orphic · LinkedIn launch (L1)
Built on the same pattern as aulora's L1: open with the pain, "so I built it for myself", concrete bullets, free to try, link in the first comment, end on a question about their setup. Numbers are from the live site on 1 Nov 2026. [Brackets] = fill in or cut.
Media: one image, media/01-hero.png (the hero with the reel mock mid-decode). For a second post or a carousel later: 03-catalogue.png, 04-saved-folder.png, 05-any-ai.png, 06-tool-page.png, 07-mobile.png.
After posting: add the first comment, then reply to everyone for the first 15 minutes.
Post
"Comment SKILL and I'll DM you the link."
[I had 80+ saved reels like that.] Every one promised an AI tool I'd try later. I never found a single one again.
So I built Orphic for myself: send it a reel, and it hands back the actual tool, with a link it has checked.
- Share a reel to a Telegram bot. That's the whole input
- It watches every frame, reads the caption and the voiceover, and works out which tool the reel is about
- It finds the official link and checks it, even when the creator hides it behind "comment X"
- Everything lands in one catalogue you search in your own words: "free tool to make video ads"
- Your AI can search it too: one command adds it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, no key
So far: 155 tools verified. 31 reels said "comment for the link". Orphic found the link anyway.
The catalogue is open: free, no login, nothing to sign up for. It's open source, so you can run your own for your team.
Link in the first comment.
How many "comment for the link" reels are sitting in your saved folder right now?

Replies to have ready
"Isn't this just a bookmarks folder?" A bookmark saves the reel. Orphic saves what the reel was about: the tool's name, what it does, and its official link, checked. You search "tool for video ads", not "that reel from March".
"What about the creators? Doesn't this skip their DM funnel?" Every tool links back to the post it was found in, with the creator's handle. Orphic never publishes their captions, transcripts or videos, only its own one-line summary and the tool's official link.
"Does it cost anything?" Searching is free and needs no account. The code is MIT, so a team can run its own copy.
"Which AIs can use it?" Anything that speaks MCP (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Gemini CLI) with one URL and no key, plus a plain search API and an llms.txt for everything else.
Notes before posting
- The repo is public at github.com/CerealNotFound/orphic (MIT), so the open-source line stands.
- The saved copies of Drive and Notion guides are public on the site. That's useful, but it's the part creators are most likely to push back on, so the post doesn't lead with it. If someone asks, the honest answer is: they're kept so the link doesn't die, and each one credits and links the original.
- Hashtags: none (they showed no reach effect in the aulora research).
